BISMARCK, N.D. (Prairie Public News) – The Public Service Commission has accepted a “service space settlement” between Otter Tail Power Company and Northern Plains Electric Cooperative on who will serve a brand new crypto-currency facility deliberate for Stutsman County, simply north of Jamestown.
